Delivery

Our store employs two courier services:

• EMS (Express Mail Service)- a relatively fast and reliable way to deliver parcels almost all over the world, with the ability to track them from the moment they are sent to the door. We recommend using this service if the weight of the parcel is from 500g (product plus packaging material is about 100g). More details about the express delivery and the countries where you can send the parcel, you can see on the official website here. During the pandemic period, the EMC delivery is available only for EU countries.    

• AIR delivery is valid for European countries and you can get your parcel in about 10 days.

• SAL (Economy Air)- is a less fast but a low-cost way to send goods around the world. The weight of parcels usually ranges from 200g to 2 kg. If the parcel is more than two kilograms, we recommend splitting the parcel into two parcels to reduce shipping costs. More details can be found here. During a pandemic, SAL delivery is not possible for all countries.

• SURFACE sea/ground delivery. This option is advantageous for heavy parcels and mostly for shipping to Russia. SURFACE delivery is relatively fast taking around 35-45 days, which in the pandemic situation equals to express delivery. In addition, this service is at a reasonable price.

Please note that due to the new rules of sending parcels from Japan to the EU countries and Ukraine on December 18, 2017, parcels to these countries are sent only by AVIAPOCHTA (not SAL). 

The shipping costs can be calculated on our website as follows: put selected items in the shopping cart and proceed to ordering by selecting a country and specifying the country index.
